Data Developer

We are looking for a full time candidate expanding their career in Data Development who is interested in growing within our company in a fast-paced environment that is supportive and challenging.
The ideal candidate is responsible for successfully implementing and delivering data projects assigned to them, as well as communicating the status of projects effectively to the appropriate parties. Projects are based on Statements of Work, basic data development for Alteryx products, and scheduled recurring updates.
Data Development Responsibilities:
· Work on development of projects in conjunction with Web Developer and/or client, based on the Statement of Work.
· Maintain modules and data associated with the client projects and recurring updates.
· Process data updates (automated or manual) including regression testing.
· Develop and complete major data updates including regression testing.
· Meticulously document all data updates on SharePoint.
· Provide insight for time estimates to be included in Statements of Work.
· Development of Design Documents.
· Provide occasional support to clients performing data builds.
· Be a resource for internal Alteryx employees performing data builds.
· Provide feedback and testing to Core Development and Products.
· Stay current and serve as back up for Data Operations (SQL Server Maintenance).
Tools Requiring High Degree of Familiarity:
Alteryx (training provided) SQL Server SharePoint Excel Access Required Experience:
· 3-5 years experience in Data Development
· Ability to multi-task effectively and perform against tight deadlines.
· Strong self-motivation balanced with a desire to achieve team goals.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and group facilitation skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
· Good understanding of software and web technologies and source management techniques
· Microsoft Office
