Alteryx®, LLC is growing and looking to add a talented Strategic Accounts Management professional to its staff.   The position will focus on creating a close working relationship with our strategic high value customers to manage their needs, ensure 100% of renewal revenue and maximize revenue potential.
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Contact and visit identified accounts to establish themselves as the main Alteryx contact.
  • Maintain close customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions and to identify new and emerging customer needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to facilitate communication and resolve customer issues.
  • Network within accounts to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Inform customers of new product and service offerings and demonstrate effectively.
  • Get referrals from customers and identify satisfied customers for references.
  • Develop product mastery and remain up-to-date on Alteryx products. 
  • Develop and make presentations to clients regarding Alteryx products and services.
  • Maintain customer records on our corporate database and contact management system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
  • Preferred knowledge in any of the following areas:  Business Intelligence solutions, Geographic Information Systems, and Data Quality/Data Transformation solutions.
  • Effective working with all levels of business and technology stakeholders, including the ‘C’ level in large organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical degree, or equivalent training in business, plus a minimum of three years of experience in solution and software account management. 
  • Must have demonstrated project management skills
  • Must be a polished professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with relevant technologies or enterprise-wide software applications (Databases, CRM systems, Business Intelligence or GIS)
  • PC and Internet skills required, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
