This multi-talented, office dynamo will work closely with our Kitchen Operations and Sales Managers to perform critical tasks in the following key areas:

Office Management (50%)

Basic office administration, data entry and light phones.

Support the Kitchen Operations Manager with basic correspondence, special projects, scheduling, etc.

Assist with inventory, service delivery issues or vendor relations as necessary.

Payables Data Entry (30%)

Assist our offsite Staff Accountant; enter invoices into our electronic system and research outstanding payables questions.
Review, adjust and submit hours and payroll information for kitchen production and office staff.

Sale Support (20%)

Responsible for assisting the Southern California Sales Manager with basic support activities, follow up questions, and possible scheduling assistance.

Assist with marketing correspondence materials: mail-merge, proposal submissions, client follow-up, etc.

Desired Skills:

3-5 years previous administrative or office management experience.
Good knowledge of general office protocols and admin support
Excellent time management skills with ability to function in a time-critical, production based environment.
Great computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook.

Helpful Experience:

Previous food production or expediter experience helpful.
Basic payables entry; QuickBooks experience a bonus.
College degree preferred.

The perfect candidate will have excellent experience with Object Oriented Programming, having shipped several useful applications (either commercial or in-house) and can easily oscillate between the roles of player and coach. You’ll use your superlative coding and people skills to navigate innovative projects, lead by example to inspire exceptional team performance, and provide a sense of mentorship and consistency. Think strategy and visioneering mixed with equal parts of hands-on code work.

Requirements

- 5+ years OOP, with 2 or more years C++ preferred

- Windows Development, 2+ years preferred

- Experience or understanding of templates/STL

- Experience with asynchronous and multi-threaded programming

- Ability to work independently, manage time well and interface with virtual teams

Preferred experience that will knock our socks off!

- UI design experience

- Knowledge and experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other geospatial technologies such as MapServer, GDAL and OGR

Overview
As our clientele and competition evolve, PC Greens is looking to add a Chief Operations Officer to assist with increased corporate efficiencies, general fiscal oversight and overall company operations. Requirements

•    7-10 years proven operations and management experience in a retail grocery, prepared foods, perishables supplier or related hospitality/food service environment.
•    Passionate about great customer service with ability to inspire staff to peak performance and foster a cohesive, service-driven customer experience.
•    5+ years experience analyzing company strengths and goals in order to determine adequate paths to individual performance, necessary operational support structures and best practices for profitable and continued store growth.
•    Experience developing operating budgets (projected and actual) in the retail grocery, wholesale food stuffs, or related perishables industry.
•    Excellent operations, accounting and analysis skills with ability to read and interpret financial statements and sales reports.
•    Must evaluate financials to determine adequate margins, prevent shrink, identify unacceptable variances and mitigate spoils and loss.
•    Experience with vendor relations: will research, develop, negotiate and execute contracts and agreements with company suppliers and partners.

Overview

The Client Services Associate is an expert level, service-oriented professional who will focus on ensuring a successful customer experience through efficient problem resolution, education and continuous communication on SRC's Web and desktop products. This will entail providing user support, general problem analysis and resolution, training, and technical assistance for our customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*   Provide consultative support to users

Skills and Qualifications of our Ideal Candidate

*   Must be a complete customer service-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*   Comfort and proficiency with interpersonal and group communication and professional level product demonstrations.
*   Incredible analytical reasoning ability and active listening skills to uncover root cause of client problems and present effective solutions for complete customer satisfaction.

*   Proven ability to correctly analyze the "big-picture" problem, while appropriately diagnosing the distinct possibilities of customer use, technical error or training component needs.

*   Knowledge in any of the following areas highly preferred: Business Intelligence solutions, Business Geographics, Geographic Information Systems, and Data Quality/Data Transformation solutions.

*   Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) with understanding of data analysis, spatial concepts or business geographics highly preferred (top candidates will be tested for both technical and analytical capabilities)
*   Comfort and ability with travel up to 20-25%
